Position Summary
Vanzbon Group is seeking a Project Delivery & Market Entry Representative to support local project execution in Guinea.
This is a hands-on role focused on helping international and Chinese-invested businesses establish and operate locally. The role involves company registration support, office or site coordination, work visa and residence process support, and day-to-day liaison with authorities, industrial stakeholders, and service providers.
The ideal candidate is practical, reliable, and comfortable coordinating across multiple parties to move project delivery forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery for companies entering or operating in Guinea.
- Assist with company registration processes, documentation preparation, and follow-up with relevant authorities, investment facilitation bodies, and service providers.
- Support work visa, residence permit, and related immigration procedures, including document coordination and submission follow-up.
- Coordinate office space or business site resource matching, including communication with landlords, business parks, and related local contacts.
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between clients, government-related offices, industrial stakeholders, and service providers.
- Help clarify process requirements, timelines, and document lists for local setup and operational matters.
- Maintain organised records of project documents, submissions, approvals, and communication history.
- Provide regular progress updates to the internal team and help escalate bottlenecks when needed.
- Support local relationship-building with useful partners and service resources relevant to business setup and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas in Guinea:
- legal or compliance support,
- corporate registration or business setup,
- immigration / work permit / residence coordination,
- government liaison,
- commercial advisory or project coordination.
- Familiarity with company registration, visa/residence processes, and office or site leasing coordination in Guinea is highly valued.
- Candidates with experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, or corporate advisory environments will be strongly preferred.
- Existing familiarity with local practical processes and reliable working contacts is an advantage.
- Strong execution, coordination, and follow-up ability.
- Fluent French and/or Portuguese with strong English communication ability for daily coordination and documentation; basic Chinese is a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Guinea.

- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in handling practical delivery matters.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders in parallel while keeping information organised.
- Comfortable communicating with government-related offices, business support institutions, and service providers.
- Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented in moving matters forward.
- Good judgement, professionalism, and integrity in dealing with sensitive documents and official processes.
Preferred Profile
- Based in or familiar with Conakry and able to support regular on-site coordination.
- Experience supporting foreign-invested or business setup-related projects is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling high-volume document coordination, immigration support, or multi-party operational follow-up will be viewed positively.
