Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation to handover
- Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities
- Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions
- Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a must
- Minimum 10+ years of construction experience
- Proven experience managing airport construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
