Key tasks of the Job:
– Manage relationship with public, government, and other stakeholders for McDonald's Korea's strategic priorities and goals
– Manage risks and create positive reputational opportunities
– Monitor legislative or regulatory changes to provide intelligence and develop responses
– Advocate company's positions in public relations
Specifics for the Job:
(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:
– Bachelor's Degree
– At least 12 years of PA or relevant experience
– Working experience in F&B or relevant industry desired
(b) Skills:
– Strong background in advocacy and public policy development
– Ability to effectively network, influence, negotiate and persuade
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Strong discipline of managing multiple tasks and of working under pressure
– Leadership with vision as a team player
– Open and creative mindset
(c) English:
– Working-level writing and presentation skills in Korean & English
