JOB PURPOSE
Achieving ASG Quality objectives by supervising quality control systems to ensure meeting ASG products Quality standards through continuous concerns resolution and proper management of changes.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, confirm quality control Ramp-up Activity Plan and implementation conformance with ASG Quality requirements to ensure achievement of quality targets
- Supervises manufacturing areas inspection and containment activities and leads quality control staff to achieve desired product(s) quality
- Acts with quick response to customer complaints and takes the necessary countermeasures that prevent recurrence
- Leads/collaborates with other functions teams in troubleshooting activities, using suitable troubleshooting methods to identify the root cause(s) of the concern(s) and ensures implementation of proper countermeasures for them
- Verifies, validates countermeasures implementation and performs recurrence prevention audits concerns countermeasures.
- Plans and conduct Process Audits using standard process audit tools to ensure compliance with ASG quality requirements
- Reports to Head of QHSSE all quality issues on a (daily, weekly, monthly) basis
- Analyzes quality performance for each quarter/year and develops quality improvement plans for critical Mini-Companies based on that analysis
- Prepares target setting proposals to Head of QHSSE for revision and approval
- Prepares monthly quality performance report(s) and presents it in quality meetings to share Mini-Companies quality key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achievement and progress of countermeasures
- Follows up reports issuance and closure for quality concerns by utilizing control/tracking sheets to ensure quick response for quality concerns
- Evaluates performance of quality control staff through layered audits and observation
- .Develops customized training plans for quality control staff, approves them from Head of QHSSE and performs these training plans
- Collaborates With Head of QHSSE to set plans and initiatives to improve process quality
- Leads process improvement initiatives in shop floor
- Commits with quality and safety policies and regulations and Monitors’ commitment of quality control staff with them
- Follows up proper preservation of measuring tools and ensures commitment with calibration plans
- Regulates documents control and ensures proper document preservation
EXPERIENCE
+6 years of experience in a quality control and assurance or engineering role, preferably in a multinational manufacturing organization.
EDUCATION
B.Sc. in relevant Engineering degree, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
