Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in establishing, operating and continuously improving the factory ISO9001 quality management system.
2. Compile and revise quality system documents, including quality manuals, process files, SOPs and relevant record forms under the guidance of management.
3. Supervise the implementation of quality system rules in all departments, standardize production and quality control workflows.
4. Conduct regular internal audits and on-site inspections, complete audit reports, track non-conformity issues, and follow up corrective actions.
5. Release updated quality standards, procedures and technical documents to relevant departments and ensure full implementation.
6. Be responsible for the arrangement and reception of customer factory audits.
7. Inspect on-site operation and document management compliance to ensure consistent system execution.
8. Organize quality system training for local employees to improve overall quality awareness.
9. Promote quality system management, standardize the filling and filing of quality records.
10. Verify quality data and inspection records regularly to ensure authenticity, integrity and traceability.
11. Identify unreasonable system documents and process problems, and assist in process optimization.
12. Coordinate cross-departmental work, match quality system with production requirements, and improve product quality and yield.
13. Conduct daily patrols to rectify non-standard operations and supervise system implementation effect.
14. Assist in regular assessment of system and process implementation performance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. With factory quality management experience; ISO internal auditor certificate or quality engineer certificate is preferred.
3. Responsible, good at communication, able to work under pressure.
4. Able to independently prepare audit reports, inspection reports and corrective action documents.
