We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple fuel stations within an assigned region. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving business and financial objectives, enhancing customer experience, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Operations & Business Management
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of fuel stations across the assigned region.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead regional initiatives related to process improvement, digital transformation, and business development.
- Manage and develop station managers and operational teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve service quality.
- Ensure effective management and resolution of customer feedback and complaints.
- Develop regional action plans to enhance customer experience.
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor regional sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure effective cost control and accurate financial reporting.
Supply Chain & Operational Support
- Ensure fuel availability and operational readiness across all stations.
- Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and support functions to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor station requirements and maintain appropriate operational standards.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and review regional operational and financial reports.
- Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fuel retail, retail operations, logistics, or related industries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing large and diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data, solve complex challenges, and make effective business decisions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and fuel station regulations.
