Role Description Regional Partnerships Lead is a part-time/contract, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position leads the development and execution of partnership strategies with colleges, EDCs, workforce boards, and other institutional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with zScale Intellect’s growth and impact objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing strategic opportunities, building and managing high-value partner relationships, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to implementation. The director will collaborate closely with product, data, and customer success teams to translate partner needs into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes. The role also includes overseeing key accounts, representing the organization at conferences and stakeholder meetings, and contributing to revenue growth through consultative, outcome-focused engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder-facing skills, including excellent Communication and the ability to present complex concepts to executive, institutional, and public-sector audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in Strategic Partnerships, including initiating, structuring, and managing long-term collaborations with colleges, EDCs, workforce boards, or similar institutions.
  • Proven Account Management capabilities, with a track record of nurturing key accounts, driving adoption, and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Expertise in Strategic Planning and Sales, including building go-to-market plans, developing pipelines, and leading consultative, solution-based sales cycles.
  • Experience working with or within higher education, workforce development, economic development, or public-sector organizations is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and funded business cases.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, economics, education, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation: This is an equity-based role at an early, self-funded company. We will start with a short scoped project so we both see how we work together before anything formal.
