Company Description
Srisha Global Capital is assisting a leading Indian jewellery manufacturer in building a world-class global bullion sourcing platform.
We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to develop and manage direct sourcing relationships with gold producers, licensed exporters and government-approved gold authorities across Africa.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on identifying new sourcing opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and building a trusted supplier network across the region.
Role Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with gold mining companies, licensed exporters and government gold authorities across Africa.
- Identify and qualify new doré sourcing opportunities.
- Conduct supplier due diligence and commercial assessments.
- Negotiate commercial terms in collaboration with the Head – Global Bullion Sourcing.
- Represent the company at mine sites, industry conferences and supplier meetings.
- Monitor market developments, regulatory changes and country-specific risks.
- Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Provide regular market intelligence and supplier updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in gold mining, bullion, commodity trading or precious metals.
- Strong commercial network within the African gold industry.
- Experience dealing directly with mining companies, licensed exporters or government agencies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of doré supply chains and international bullion markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Africa.
French language skills will be an added advantage.
