Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Roaming Senior Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and managing roaming relationship with overseas operators. handle all the reporting & reconciliation with all operators & DCH
Roles And Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Lead roaming and IoT partner negotiations, managing commercial agreements, tariffs, and settlement rates with international operators.
- Oversee interconnect and roaming reporting, reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute resolution to ensure billing accuracy and revenue assurance.
- Manage roaming operations, including RAP/TAP processing, test SIM monitoring, system performance, and coordination with IT for required enhancements.
- Administer customer contracts and ensure effective documentation, reporting, reconciliation processes, and policy compliance.
- Provide regular financial and operational performance reports, coordinating with Finance, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and process improvements.
To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Experience
