The Role

Every Locky Dock you secure puts more Kiwis on bikes. More charging. Less traffic. Better cities.

We operate 95+ secure e-bike parking and charging stations with integrated digital advertising screens across Aotearoa — and we’re just getting started.

In this role you’ll own our nationwide network expansion — identifying prime locations, executing licence agreements, and building partnerships that get Locky Docks into high-value cycling and media locations.

Speed and diligence matter here. You’ll be managing a high-volume pipeline across councils, retailers, landlords and property developers. Deals need to be closed and expertly managed — nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Focus:

•    Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, negotiation, execution and follow-through

•    Build genuine relationships with decision-makers at councils and property owners — and keep them warm

•    Respond fast, follow up consistently, and close with confidence

•    Be the face of Locky Dock in Auckland and on the road nationwide

What You Bring

Experience:

•    3+ years in B2B sales or commercial partnerships in the NZ market

•    Track record negotiating and closing contracts with councils, property owners or similar

•    CRM discipline — you manage pipelines systematically and nothing slips

•    Sharp written and verbal communication; you can move stakeholders at pace

Character:

•    Relationship-first mindset — you build trust quickly and maintain it

•    Responsive and diligent — you don’t let emails sit, and you don’t overpromise

•    Self-directed and resilient — you thrive without hand-holding

•    Full NZ driver’s licence; comfortable travelling when the deal requires it

Passion:

•    Genuine care for sustainable transport and liveable cities

•    Motivated by hitting targets and seeing tangible impact on the ground
