Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Tallinn with opportunities for remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will also prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and achieving targets
- Experience with proposal writing and presentation creation
- Understanding of financial services, consulting, tax, or legal industries
- Self-motivated, ambitious and hungry for success
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous sales experience in a similar sector is preferred
