The HRIS Executive will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors to support HR operations and talent management processes. The role will ensure accurate employee data, manage system workflows, support the performance management cycle, facilitate promotion and organizational structure updates, and provide analytical reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Support the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, appraisal launches, workflow monitoring, calibration support, and completion tracking.
- Manage employee promotions, transfers, confirmations, organizational changes, and related workflow approvals within the system.
- Maintain and update organizational structures, positions, reporting lines, and organograms.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and department heads to ensure timely completion of appraisal and talent management activities.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Maintain employee master data and ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide first-level support to employees and managers using SuccessFactors.
- Liaise with SAP consultants for system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, and other talent management initiatives through the system.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, and conduct end-user training where required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience administering SAP SuccessFactors or a similar cloud-based HRIS.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, employee data management, workflows, organizational management, and reporting.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as appraisals, promotions, talent reviews, and organizational restructuring.
- Experience working with HR teams in a corporate environment.
