Responsibilities:

Manage physical security operations and PCI compliance across Modupay’s Factory in Kenya ensuring consistent security standards, local regulatory adherence and audit readiness
Monitor Factory entrance & exit and ensure seamless coverage of perimeter and internal zones.
Check visitors’ identity and ensure no movement of secure or prohibited items through reception area.
Observation of CCTV monitoring, access control systems and incident response & reporting.
Ensure Fire alarm, Magnetic alarms and PIR alarms are operational
Implement standardized security protocols adaptable to local legal requirements.
Conduct security risk assessments; implement corrective action plans and share best practices.
Investigate security incidents (theft, unauthorized access, safety breaches) and prepare reports for MD & Regional Security Manager.
Serve as the SPOC for external Qualified Security Assessors for audits covering Kenya Factory.
Lead country level PCI compliance activities through gap analysis, evidence collection ensuring alignment with PCI standards.
Ensure that all systems, processes and personnel handling cardholder data comply with PCI requirements.
Maintain a regular audit readiness calendar.
Track and close audit findings within defined SLA and report compliance status to management.
Deliver standardized security awareness and PCI training.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law / Police, Certifications such as PCI Professional (PCIP) are highly preferred.
Experience in PCI compliance and audit coordination
Risk assessment and mitigation
Incident investigation and reporting
CCTV and access control systems
Stakeholder Management
Training and awareness delivery
Swahili & English (fluent – written and spoken)
8-10 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of direct experience in PCI compliance
Payment or fintech environment is a plus.
