Serve as the primary investigator on a vast array of complex civil law enforcement investigations to advance the ECD’s and FinCEN’s mission;
Maintain and manage a portfolio of complex civil law enforcement investigations into violations of the BSA;
Utilize expert knowledge of FinCEN authorities and investigative techniques to collect information and documentation to assess instances of non-compliance with the BSA;
Advise and guide stakeholders regarding BSA compliance, BSA enforcement, or white collar/financial investigations;
Draft memoranda and/or public-facing legal documents and coordinate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies as needed
