GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for major projects.
📍 Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute procurement activities in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor cost and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships and improve supply chain performance.
• Resolve procurement and delivery-related issues.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain, and contracts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
