Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site operations including cargo handling, loading/unloading, inventory tracking, and warehouse workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, safety protocols, and company SOPs across all operational zones.
- Lead and motivate ground crews — assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics managers, transport partners, and customs brokers to resolve delays and optimize turnaround times.
- Conduct routine site inspections, maintain operational logs, and report discrepancies or bottlenecks to senior management.
- Train and onboard new staff on equipment handling, safety procedures, and site-specific workflows.
