Rugby Sports Admin
The Saudi Rugby Federation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Admin to support
the logistics and events plans
Role Overview
The Sports Admin Coordinator role focuses on the physical and digital execution of rugby
activities across the Kingdom. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage
everything from the procurement of rugby kits to the high-stakes logistics of match-day
operations in kingdom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Match-Day Operations
* Venue Setup: Lead the physical setup and breakdown of match-day venues, including
branding, signage, and technical equipment.
* Technical Support: Coordinate with the Technical Director & Development Manager to
ensure all kits and equipment are ready for training sessions, festivals, and school programs.
* On-Site Management: Manage last-minute changes, contingency plans, and support staff
during live events.
* Presentation: Ensure the professional presentation of fields and support media/broadcast
logistics as required.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain
* Procurement: Liaise with local vendors to purchase rugby equipment, medals, trophies,
and medical supplies.
* Facility Management: Manage field bookings and official communications through many
the platforms.
* Equipment Tracking: Maintain audit-ready documentation for all clothing and rugby gear.
* Transport: Coordinate transportation for staff, players, and overseas visitors, including
bookings to and from Riyadh.
3. Administration Liaison
* Government Systems: Register players, coaches, and officials on the Ministry of Sport
platforms.
* Communication: Act as the administrative link between the Technical Director and clubs,
referees, and medical providers.
* Reporting: Collect and submit post-event reports to management to track the success of
programs.
Required Qualifications &Skills
Experience in Riyadh: Must have a proven track record of working or managing logistics
within the city of Riyadh, including familiarity with local suppliers and venues.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Arabic & English). Must be able to speak and write
professionally in both languages to handle stockholders communications and international
team logistics.
Driving License: Car and a valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory for managing
on-site equipment transport and venue visits.
Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and the
ability to quickly master government platforms like MoS and Riyadhi.
Education/Experience: Previous experience in event coordination, sports management, or
operational logistics.
