Ononno Corporation is looking for Sr. Executive / Executive – Sales & Marketing
Job Description / Responsibility
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Candidates must be highly sales- and marketing-oriented, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Candidates with experience in Tender-related jobs are encouraged to apply.
- Communicate with government offices and stakeholders regarding project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and budget.
- Follow up on tender results, project approvals, and payments.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper installation procedures are followed on-site.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for all ongoing and completed projects.
- Must have the capability to create business opportunities for the company through networking, client meetings, and strategic outreach.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Should be flexible to attend corporate meetings and project purposes when necessary.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Diploma in Civil
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, Client Relationship Management, Market Research and Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Financial Consultants
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
AI & Digital Skills-
- Must know how to use AI tools for marketing and business development and project-related work.
