The Company
 
Globe 24-7 is partnering with a leading global gold mining company, based in Ghana to appoint a national candidate in the role of HRIS Support Superintendent.
 
The Role
 

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS and remuneration frameworks, ensuring the integrity of employment documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee SAP HRIS administration, data governance, time and attendance integration with payroll, and delivery of HR analytics and reporting.

 
The Key Responsibilities
 

  • Implement best-fit practices across remuneration and HRIS; develop quarterly HRIS roadmaps aligned to fiscal objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in remuneration cycles, including templates and models for surveys, wage mandates, and bonuses.
  • Establish data integrity, privacy, and compliance controls; lead monthly and quarterly HRIS audits.
  • Administer SAP HRIS, governing configuration, security access, and resolution of support tickets.
  • Maintain the HR intranet with DT and deliver HRIS user training to enhance digital literacy.
  • Validate time and attendance workflows to ensure accurate synchronization with payroll; produce timely HR metrics and reports.

 
Qualifications & Experience
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information management, human resource management, or a related degree.
  • Minimum of eight years’ HRIS experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and appreciation of Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and Labour Act 2003 (Act 651).
  • Experience with HR database administration and HR systems; conversant with HR business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Skills in programming, systems analysis and design, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of access control and time and attendance systems.
  • Exposure to MS SQL, Progress database, MS Access, Power BI, and Microsoft Reporting Services is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and safety focus; ability to manage and develop direct reports.
  • Project management skill is an advantage.
  • Valid Ghanaian Driving License and proficiency to drive a light vehicle.
