What This Role Is About
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead and drive recruitment strategy across the organisation.
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet hiring needs.
You will oversee recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure efficient and high-quality hiring practices.
You will also play a key role in employer branding, process optimisation, and driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition activities.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to attract and engage top talent.
- Experience in optimising recruitment processes and improving candidate experience.
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
