Job Overview:

Tender Executive will provides support to the Head of Tender & Market Access across the full tender and insurance reimbursement cycle. Prepares tender documents and readies them for submission to government and private tender bodies, and supports the preparation, submission and follow-up of insurance and reimbursement files across the DOH / Daman / Thiqa payer landscape. Meets individual targets and assists the Head of Tender & Market Access in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans. Performs duties in compliance with the rules, regulations, responsibilities and obligations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, submits and follows up insurance and reimbursement files with payers (DOH, Daman, Thiqa and other UAE insurers), ensuring correct coding, pricing and documentation.
  • Tracks reimbursement approvals, rejections and deductions; investigates root causes and drives resolution to protect collection and margin.
  • Provides regular updates on local commercial tenders and insurance/reimbursement status to the Manager.
  • Monitors from time to time the issuance of local tenders from government departments as well as private sectors.
  • Collects tender documents, monitors the closing date, check availability of stock of the items requested and arrange relevant documents & tender samples for submission.
  • Arrange the tender offers and submit in time local, semi government depts., and overseas commercial tenders.
  • Ensure correctness of all Tender pages and Bank guarantees and submit the same in time to the department concerned.
  • Effectively manage the clearance of all the overseas orders until they are communicated to the concerned institutional customers.
  • Responsible for updating regularly on local commercial tenders to the Manager.
  • Analyses the sales data and report to manager.
  • Develop DASHBOARD and track the orders and performance
  • Support the Head of tender and Market access in handling and resolving complaints from institution customers.
  • Analyzes changes in prices and ensures prices are fully optimized.
  • Responsibly and effectively communicate to provide excellent customer services to our partners.
  • Maintain good relations with the clients, and thus help in maintaining and growing current business as well as exploring new business opportunity. Any unexpected loss of business can be quickly regained because of the relation.
  • Actively suggests and recommends tools that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of tender and insurance administrative functions Communicate effectively to Customers and Principals about the changes if any.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ MBA. Bachelor’s Degree in information technology is added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Tender Department, with exposure to insurance/reimbursement processes preferred.
  • Sound Business data analytical skill/ Financial and Numerical expertise.
  • Strong communication skills. Language requirements are English. Arabic is plus qualification.
