About The Role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to drive business growth for its 360° Infection Prevention Solutions Division. The role involves promoting an integrated portfolio of infection prevention products and solutions while building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve territory-wise business objectives.Promote the complete 360° Infection Prevention portfolio across hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, infection control teams, OT & CSSD staff, purchase departments, and hospital management.Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, CMEs, and promotional activities in collaboration with Clinical and Marketing teams.Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and institutional partnerships.Work closely with channel partners and distributors to ensure product availability, secondary sales, and timely collections.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular market intelligence.Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline management.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.

Candidate Profile

Experience

2–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Hospital Product Sales.Strong exposure to Hospital Sales and Key Account Management.

Mandatory Customer Exposure

Experience in handling Corporate & Government Hospitals and working with Surgeons, Infection Control Teams, Infection Control Nurses, OT, CSSD, ICU, Purchase Departments, and Hospital Management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage.
