Sindiana, a global defense-tech company in the digital training and simulation space, is hiring a VP Business Development to lead, shape, and execute the company's global strategy and expansion into new markets. The role includes building the infrastructure for business development and sales, opening new markets, forming relationships with strategic partners, and leading complex end-to-end sales processes.

Areas of Responsibility:

Building and leading Go-To-Market strategies for new international markets.

Establishing a global infrastructure for business development, sales, and distribution.

Meeting ambitious revenue targets.

Conducting negotiations with C-Level stakeholders at government and defense organizations.

Operating independently in full alignment with the company’s leadership in Israel.

Requirements:

At least 5–7 years of proven experience in business development and sales in international markets — required.

Demonstrated background in opening new markets from scratch and building distribution/sales infrastructure — required.

Strong leadership capabilities, process ownership, and the ability to work fully independently — required.

Excellent English – native or native-level (proficiency in additional languages – a significant advantage).

Willingness to travel frequently.

Significant Advantages:

Experience at a leading company in the Israeli or global defense industry.

Experience at a small company and/or startup.

Senior command/management background in the IDF (rank of Lieutenant Colonel or above).
