Strategic Planning and Management
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the park's long-term growth and competitiveness.
- Works regularly with Business Development to identify new opportunities for business development, including attracting new investments and fostering a collaborative ecosystem among locators.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging advanced analytics and data to inform decision-making.
Sustainable and Smart Park Operations
- Oversee the implementation of smart industrial park solutions, including real-time monitoring of energy and water consumption, waste management, and security.
- Ensure the park operates with a focus on sustainability, promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and the use of renewable energy sources like solar power.
- Drive the adoption of digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and provide more convenient services for locators.
Infrastructure and Project Management
- Work closely with Construction Management on the planning, design, and development of park infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of all utilities, including water and wastewater systems, by leveraging smart technologies and platforms for proactive management.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to address operational and natural risks, including emergency response planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise the President and other senior leaders on policy recommendations related to the park's management and development.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- At least 10 years of executive-level experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and managing complex budgets.
- Proven exposure to construction and project management.
