What You Will Do in This Role?

  • Provide executive leadership for revenue growth across Government and OEM healthcare markets
  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies that expand new business while retaining and growing existing client relationships
  • Lead complex, consultative sales engagements and solution development in partnership with Client Partners, Sales, Operations, and clinical teams
  • Own business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and resource allocation to ensure consistent performance and visibility
  • Directly lead and develop senior sales and program management leaders, including a Vice President of Sales, Strategic Account Executives, a Director of Program Management, and Program Managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align strategy, drive execution, and resolve operational or commercial challenges
  • Engage senior healthcare executives to align Agiliti solutions with customer needs and drive value realization, satisfaction, and retention
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, operational efficiency, and profitability through disciplined, data-driven execution

What You Will Need for This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales leadership experience with responsibility for revenue growth and team management
  • Proven success leading strategic sales initiatives and program management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance management
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare, hospital, and medical equipment management industries; government and OEM experience preferred
  • Advanced consultative selling, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
  • High proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, including approximately 50% overnight
