United Delcot Water Limited is looking for Water Meter Reading Clerk
Job Description / Responsibility
- According to the data of new users provided by the pipe network department, seal the signature of new users, register the bottom degree of water meter and the water use type;
- Timely and accurately copy the water meter water consumption data within the jurisdiction according to the specified line and time;
- Master the water use situation of customers within the jurisdiction and improve the user information;
- Report the abnormal conditions such as measuring instruments, measuring data and water use type found in the process of meter reading to the Water Readings Incharge in time for treatment;
- According to the company`s regulations, assist the Water Readings Incharge to negotiate and replenish water for users who cannot be measured normally, such as water meter damage and buried;
- Timely report the information of relocated users according to the Management Measures for Relocated Users, and complete the pre-storage of water charges, demolition of water meters, recovery of water charges and cancellation of water meters;
- Conduct periodic inspection on key customers whose water consumption is greater than 50 tons / month, and analyze the change of water consumption;
- Timely handle water consumption disputes and complaints from users;
- Full recovery of user water charges to ensure the rate;
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Data Entry – English & Bengali, Computer Literacy, Customer Relationship, Fluent in English, Billing Software, Microsoft Excel, Motorbike Driving
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Additional Requirements
- Valid motorcycle driving license with practical riding experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data entry, and billing software.
- Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
