Job Description / Responsibility
- Worker counsel to reduce absenteeism, aware of health, hygiene, safety, discipline, workplace rules, company policy.
- To handle all welfare & compliance related issues independently.
- To conduct training as per the training calendar & maintain required training documents.
- To conduct survey to verify workers’ satisfaction.
- Follow up vulnerable workers (Maternity, Disable).
- To arrange different meetings (PC, Safety, Canteen, Grievance).
- Co-ordinate in different internal, external training & projects.
- Monitoring workers’ welfare facilitation including canteen, medical, childcare, drinking water point, prayer room etc.
- Have a good understanding of all local laws and labor acts.
- Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Take necessary steps according to compliance and labor laws to develop employee/worker performance.
- To make good & peaceful relations among the factory management, top management & workers/staff.
- Provide support for different compliance audits & buyer visit.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Group of Companies,Washing Factory
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
