Verian is looking for an Analyst to join our Operations division on an 1-year contract.
The successful candidate will need to be excited about working on high-profile and complex projects, and be able to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in managing projects and fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative studies, such as questionnaire review, recruitment screener, calling of respondents etc; ensuring timeliness and consistency in project deliverables.
- Tracking of project/fieldwork progress and cost management with vendors and clients.
- Ensure compliance of project management and fieldwork practice to Verian’s standard
- Attend fieldwork observations, and interviewers and recruitment briefings.
- Actively involve in Project Review Meetings and document project learnings.
- Timely escalation of any risks/challenges relating to fieldwork and projects.
- Support in administrative duties relating to projects such as creating purchase order, invoicing etc.
- Support in other ad-hoc operational needs as required.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualification preferred. Diploma holders with strong aptitude and keen interest in project execution management may also be considered.
- Good time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
- Works well under pressure, with the patience and perseverance to see through projects with long timelines.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Bilingual – English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil).
- Must be a Singapore citizen or PR and currently resides in Singapore.
