Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $33.25 per hour

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon- Fri, remote option on Friday after training.

What’s a typical day as Market Intelligence Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Providing voice of the customer insights to support Marketing, Sales, and Service functions
  • Analyzing primary and secondary research to understand consumer perceptions, attitudes, and behavior
  • Creating clear, concise presentations for regional, global, and senior audiences
  • Translating research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Analyzing loyalty, retention, and advocacy metrics to identify drivers of repeat purchase and long-term brand preference
  • Delivering insights on owner vs. non-owner behavior, including loyalty, defection, and conquest patterns
  • Supporting post-purchase and customer experience analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with internal teams to help translate insights into actions that strengthen customer loyalty
  • Contributing ideas on new research projects and staying updated on industry trends

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in market research or the automotive industry (required)
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Possess strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
  • Excel at building presentations and communicating insights to senior management
  • Demonstrate effective project management, process management, and budget oversight abilities
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
