This is a remote (work-from-home) position, but you must be available to work New York business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time) and have fluent English proficiency.
Job Description:
Primary Function: Execute high-volume outbound business development activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn channels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in target industries using approved scripts and talk tracks
- Send personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn connection requests/messages to decision-makers (HR Directors, CFOs, COOs, Operations VPs)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the Head of Growth and Enterprise Sales
- Follow up on warm leads, event contacts, and lapsed prospects according to defined cadences
- Log all activity and outcomes in Zoho CRM accurately and in real-time
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets (KPIs defined below)
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in email campaign for talent acquisition
- Experience with recruiting preferred
- Reliable home office and Windows computer setup with seamless internet access
- Must be able to work US (NY) business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time)
