Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) senior Manager who will lead the (RCM) function, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and alignment between hospital operations and corporate leadership. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent RCM practices across facilities, improving revenue performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and supporting strategic initiatives across Madinah and Meccah region.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient billing, claims management, collections, payer relations, and revenue optimization while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee regional RCM operations across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Drive front-end revenue cycle process standardization, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate RCM teams to ensure operational alignment and performance consistency.
  • Monitor and improve key RCM performance indicators, including registration accuracy, authorization management, claim submission, collections, denials, and cash flow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture, reduce revenue leakage, and improve reimbursement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance stakeholders to resolve revenue cycle challenges and enhance patient financial processes.
  • Analyze RCM performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional RCM teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, system implementations, and process transformation projects related to revenue cycle operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Medical background is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience within hospital settings in Saudi Arabia.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations, healthcare reimbursement models, and payer regulations in KSA.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site healthcare operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and deliver measurable financial and operational results.
