We are looking for a Strategic Economic Consulting Group Lead to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex consulting engagements, advise senior executives, manage consulting teams, develop new business opportunities, and shape strategic and economic initiatives across the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Consulting Projects
- Lead complex strategy, economics, public policy, and organizational consulting projects.
- Manage projects from scoping and design through execution, implementation, and delivery.
- Oversee multiple engagements while ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
Strategy Economic Advisory
- Develop organizational strategies, strategic plans, annual work plans, and multi-year plans.
- Design budget frameworks, economic models, policy recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
Client Leadership & Business Development
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead engagements with government ministries, public authorities, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead and contribute to proposals, public tenders, and the development of new consulting services.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants.
- Allocate resources, oversee project execution, and maintain high professional standards.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics – Required
- Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field – Strong advantage
Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading strategy, economics, or public policy consulting projects.
- Proven experience managing professional teams.
- Experience developing strategic plans, work plans, budget frameworks, and multi-year plans.
- Experience working within or alongside government ministries and public sector organizations.
- Strong understanding of Israeli public policy and the Israeli economy.
- Experience advising senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
